I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful decoration of this hotel. The elegant furnishings and tasteful design created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and exuded a sense of sophistication. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The pathways were wide and clear, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking aid. The hotel also had an elevator, allowing me to effortlessly reach my room on the upper floor. It was comforting to know that the hotel cared about the comfort and convenience of its senior guests.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and considerate. Sometimes, it felt as though the young staff members were preoccupied with their own tasks and forgot to offer assistance or engage with the guests.

Additionally, the location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and visit attractions like Disneyland Paris. I also appreciated the pet-friendly policy and the presence of a friendly cat on the premises. I would definitely consider returning to Kyriad in the future.
